Exceptionally nice breakfast options with toast and coffee good size portion, for example. Incredible central location, just next door to shops, restaurants and bars, the city center, and public transport and town centre.
Beds were very uncomfortable.

Both rooms we booked were good sized and brand-new with comfy bed, no complains at all. Central location so close to the local train station which is very convenient, public transport and the ferry, appreciated it.

Its convenient, central location was a plus. Also, we were 2 km from Miller's Folly.

Truly enjoyed our room, it was well decorated and nice cosy with plenty space, Wi-Fi, and coffee. The hotel was in a convenient and ideal location next to the centre of town and the beach as well as Prestwick airport over night.

It was very freindly, curteuos & reasonable. Good food & service.
The room was very very cold. I had turned the heating up full, when I went to bed I woke up during the night & had to take a duvet cover off one of the other beds to keep me WARM.

I liked the staff and liked the fact everything we wanted was in our hotel. They have a bar and do meals that are lovely and cheap. I have stayed at this hotel twice now and recommend it to anybody. perfect!

Hotel is in good location easy to walk to either racecourse or town centre.
The strong smell of cooking in hallways and sad decor let this hotel down. We could only get one channel on tv but room although very small was clean.
